PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with Gweni you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact us before placing an order with us, either by telephone on 01656 662829 or by email at email@example.com or by post using the address given above.
By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Gweni to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order. Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offered purchase of goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Gweni for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.

PAYMENT & TAXES
We accept online payment in a secure environment. We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SOLO and PAYPAL. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax and VAT. The current rate of VAT is 20%.
Gweni will not be liable in respect of customer or third party recipient failure to comply with product safety instructions resulting in wilful damage to/or loss of, whether direct or consequential, to personal property.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
According to your rights under the Sale of Goods Act, you may normally cancel your order (for any reason) up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded within 14 days. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days of receipt, where a full refund will be given.
Gweni hopes that you will be happy with your items. In the event that you are not, then we can either exchange your item for something else or offer you a refund. An exchange or refund will only be offered within 14 days of receipt of goods.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please ensure that items for return or refund are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and with all the original tags and packaging intact. We can e-mail a return form to you on request. Please complete and enclose the Return form with your delivery and please tell us the reason for the return.
If, through no fault of our own, goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us immediately on 01656 662829 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve the situation.
Unfortunately, the cost of the return postage will be borne by the customer. We strongly recommend that when you post the goods back to us, that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt in a safe place. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, nor can we be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for our deliveries. This information may help you in selecting the best method of returning goods to us.
