Delivery & Returns


Postage & Packing is free for all orders over £50.  Please use GWENI50 at the check-out.  This is for delivery to one location only. If you would like to send candles to more than one location, please send us an e-mail to with your requirements.  For all additional locations, the usual P&Ps apply.    


Our aim is to despatch all orders within 48 hours.  If, in the unfortunate event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you and offer you either a full refund or arrange an alternative delivery date dependent upon the time it takes to make your candle/diffuser.  We will make every effort to ensure that, in the event that an item is made especially to satisfy your order, that the delivery date will not exceed 14 days after your order was placed.

For all orders, there are two delivery options:

Standard Delivery to mainland UK (excluding Highlands and Islands of Scotland): £4.95

This is for Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays.  Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Most deliveries are recorded and will require a signature on receipt.

Express Delivery (excluding Highlands and Islands) Delivery: £7.00.

Or, if you require an item urgently, we offer a next day UK delivery option at £8.50, which includes tracking information.

Please note, this is for Monday to Friday only. To ensure that you receive your item within 24 hours, we must receive your order before 12 o’clock, mid-day.  You will need to ensure that somebody can provide a signature on receipt.

*Our Standard and Express delivery costs are for orders up to 10 kg. Remote areas will incur an additional surcharge of £3.00 with standard delivery being the only option. As your items have further to travel, please allow an extra day for delivery.

to include the postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, and Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.

For orders over £50 to mainland UK, then postage is free.

Recycled Outer Packaging.

We pride ourselves in recycling as much as we can.  We make it a policy that the outer packaging of your order, i.e. the box that your order will be despatched in, will be recycled, wherever possible.

Your Right to Cancel.

You may normally cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded within 48 hours.  You have the right to cancel your order up to 48 hours of receipt, where a full refund will be given.

Returns & Refunds.

If you are unhappy with your items, please get in touch with us at 01656 662829 so that we can, hopefully, resolve the matter.  We can either exchange your item for something else, or offer you a full refund.  However, you have a maximum of seven days to notify us that you wish to return your goods, to receive an exchange or refund.  Please return your items to us at 42 Pwll Evan Ddu, Coity, Bridgend.  CF35 6AY.  You will be responsible for the postage costs of any returned items.

For an exchange or refund, we ask that the items are returned to us within 7 days of receipt, unused and with all the original packaging intact.  Please contact us so that we can email the appropriate Returns Form to you.  Please complete this form, and enclose with your returned goods, telling us exactly why you are returning the items.

Damaged Goods.

If your goods are damaged in transit to you, and/or are faulty,  please contact us within 48 hours of receipt on 01656 662829 or send us an email at


Unfortunately, the cost of postage of returning goods to us is your responsibility.  We strongly recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit and we cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

Methods of Delivery.

We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Hermes for all deliveries.  You may want to use the same method.
